Terms and Conditions for Monthly Gym Membership at Prestige Therapeutic Fitness

 

These terms and conditions govern your use of the monthly membership offered by Prestige Therapeutic Fitness. By signing up for and using the monthly membership, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Membership Duration and Renewal:

   - Your monthly membership begins on the date of signup and continues on a month-to-month basis unless terminated in accordance with these Terms.

   - Membership automatically renews each month unless canceled by you in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

 

2. Membership Fees:

   - You agree to pay the monthly membership fee as specified by the Gym.

   - Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

 

3. Cancellation Policy:

   - You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to the Gym at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

   - Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal for the following month, and fees will be charged accordingly.

   - No refunds will be provided for partial months.

 

4. Membership Benefits:

   - As a member, you are entitled to use the Gym's facilities and equipment during operating hours.

   - Group classes and personal training sessions may be available at an additional cost.

 

5. Code of Conduct:

   - You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner while using the Gym's facilities.

   - Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by Gym staff may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

 

6. Use of Facilities:

   - The Gym reserves the right to modify operating hours, temporarily close for maintenance, or restrict access to certain areas of the facility as necessary.

   - Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or posted notices within the Gym.

  

7. Liability Waiver:

   - You acknowledge that the use of the Gym's facilities and equipment carries inherent risks, and you agree to use them at your own risk.

   - The Gym shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained while using its facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

8. Privacy Policy:

   - The Gym will collect and process personal information provided by you for the purpose of managing your membership.

   - Your information will be handled in accordance with the Gym's Privacy Policy, which can be found on its website or provided upon request.

 

9. Governing Law:
